UNLIMITED INNOVATION IN THE THERMOHYDRAULIC AND STEAM SECTOR

The “ECOTHERM” thermokinetic heater is a multipurpose machine performing multiple functions:

  • production of water for heating
  • production of sanitized water
  • production of steam

This new revolutionary generator for the production of hot water and steam doesn’t use electrical or flame resistances when it operates for a kinetic effect, producing heat for a molecular friction of fluids.

Surely the most important among the many advantages of such a system is one in which can heat fluid directly without using heat exchangers that negatively influence the final output of the heating apparatus.

This special stirrer system allows the uniform heating of this fluid in brief periods, avoiding further formation of calcareous materials that normally reveal themselves in the heating apparatus of water with inevitable problems of output and consequent costs of maintenance.

The “ECOTHERM” generator is powered by electrical energy.

The electrical part is controlled by an electronical apparatus including frequency converters, an instrument that controls the internal system.

The innovative characteristics briefly described, result from years of research and testing confirming that the thermokinetic heaters’ output cannot be compared to other heating generators currently on the market, even regarding the aspect of maintenance which is practically non-existent.
THE USE FOR HEATING SYSTEMS EQUIPPED WITH “FAN COIL” CONTAINING WATER WITH OR WITHOUT ANTI-FREEZE

  • From the standard system of the machine, the maximum output is reached after 10 minutes.
  • Electrical energy consumption is reduced by almost 15 % with respect to the systems with radiating surfaces.

PRODUCTION OF SANITARY WATER

The production of 80° is obtainable at the same time when the heating systems are used without anti-freeze, the heating vent can also be connected to the waterworks in the areas.

Sanitary water can be attained with an extremely modest increase in electrical energy consumption and can only be attained for the time required even during periods when the heating system is not being used.

In both cases, the sanitary water reaches the faucets immediately. A cylindrical heater with 1 module is useable.

In the case in which the heating system even contains anti-freeze, a heater with 2 modules can be installed. The heater required is useable with a reservoir.
In the case of the heater with 2 modules, assuming an independent operation and the necessity of different quantities, the module can be requested for a model with limited power to hold sanitary water.

PRODUCTION OF STEAM

The production of steam can be obtained with the addition of a simple apparatus at the point of sanitary water output.

Respect for the environment is an aspect of extremely notable interest and present concern. While using electrical energy, the “ECOTHERM” heater doesn’t emit substantially high polluted and damaging materials.

MAXIMUM SAFETY

Safety is of primary importance.

The exclusive group of stirrers, operating directly on fluid, eliminates all the problems and dangers connected with the boiler systems in which – among other things- could show themselves to be dangerous overpressures. It eliminates cylinders, internal and external gas reservoirs and various powering.

CONSERVATION

The special plan that allows a recovery of thermal energy, results in the conservation of energy with respect to the apparatus currently on the market and useable with other powering systems.
Energy savings can be explained in economical savings from 35%-40%.
Variability depends on the temperature of the running water and/or the quantity of output, and on the temperatures within the area and beyond it.
It eliminates the costs of an exhaust pipe, sometimes difficult to resolve, and the costs of
ventilation.

MAINTENANCE

Regular maintenance is completely eliminated because of the absence of flames and of electrical resistances, otherwise it is required after almost 5 years of use.
